Do I need to replace my existing ATS?
No. RedSealed integrates with Bullhorn, JobAdder, and most legacy ATS via CSV or API. Your ATS stays the system of record — RedSealed becomes the intelligence and outreach layer on top.
What does founder-led onboarding actually mean?
We build the integration to your ATS, import and normalize your candidate database, configure your credential types, and train your dispatchers. Most agencies are live in under a week.
Are SMS messages charged separately?
No. Twilio costs are absorbed at every tier. Unlimited outbound and inbound SMS for your active candidate pool.
What about Quebec or Alberta?
We're Ontario-first by design — the provincial regulatory stack (STO, TSSA, MOL, WSIB, MTO) is our moat. Quebec (CCQ) and Alberta (Oil & Gas) modules are on the roadmap for late 2026.
Is there a long-term contract?
Month-to-month. We earn the renewal every month. If we're not measurably reducing your time-to-fill, we don't deserve the money.
